This is an amazing 13m (40ft) tall building site in Kirkland, WA, USA. Built on vashon (glacial) till, this project experienced heavy, record setting, rain as well as a magnitude 3.4 earthquake during construction. Flex MSE was able to withstand these challenges and provide an stable base for the construction. A three story multi resident building now stands on this site.
